![]() Obviously parental supervision is necessary but when the seating is so limited, I can imagine parents sitting upstairs and not being able to see their child at all times and wouldn't realize that their child had left. My second criticism is that it would be very easy for a child to walk out of there and into the busy car park, as you can walk down the stairs and out the door without having to pass any staff members or go through a gate. There also isn't a lot of room to stand around as you are blocking the walkways. We didn't feel comfortable sitting upstairs in the café area while our little ones were downstairs so had to stand around downstairs as the few seats that they had were already taken up. ![]() I have two criticisms first that there is very limited seating for parents to supervise downstairs. I saw a number of kids being carried out by their parents, literally kicking and screaming because they didn't want to leave! We booked for 30 minutes however in hindsight will pay for 1 hour next time 30 minutes isn't long enough as they have so much fun. There were very few instances of people doing the wrong thing however the staff were quick to pull them up. The kids had a great time and I found the staff to be attentive. I recently went to Flip Out with my 3 year old daughter, my 3 year old nephew and 6 year old niece.
